Motorcycle get-together: All get together for motorcycle event in San Antonio
The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) is hosting a motorcycle get-around in San Antonios, Texas, to raise money for motorcycle survivors after a motorcycle crash last week killed two riders.
AMA President Dave Smith said the event will be held at the National Motorcyclists Association (NMAA) office in San Marcos.
Smith said it will be a “fun ride,” and he said the AMA hopes to raise more than $25,000 to help with funeral expenses for the two riders killed.
Smith noted that the motorcycle rally will also be held in the Twin Peaks area, and Smith noted the AMA would not have the funds to cover funeral expenses of any other motorcycle riders.
Smith has been touring motorcycles with other motorcycle associations for years.
He has said that the motorcycles he drives are a tribute to the motorcycle culture and people who died while riding them.
The motorcycle rally is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
AMA Chairman Bill Bumpers said the motorcycle get together is an important fundraiser for motorcycle charities.
BumpERS said the rally will focus on “recovery efforts, memorials, and support for the motorcycle industry.
“The motorcycle community has to be a little more proactive in raising funds for those folks who need it the most. “
We know there are many riders who are struggling to make ends meet,” BumpsER said.
“The motorcycle community has to be a little more proactive in raising funds for those folks who need it the most.
We want to make sure that those who need the most help don’t have to wait for help from the motorcycle world.”
The motorcycle group plans to gather at the NMAA office at 3 p.m., and then a rally will be scheduled for 8 p.s.m at the Austin Convention Center, where the motorcycle group will gather and then meet in a parking lot.
